Acceptance of Terms & Account Registration

To register an account on rollex11, you must:

  • Do not hold more than one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities carried out under your username and password.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and must not share it with anyone. rollex11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Permitted Activities

  • Use the platform for lawful personal entertainment.
  • Make deposits and withdrawals using approved payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • Contact our customer support team for any account-related enquiries.
  • Access the platform via your personal devices, including smartphones and laptops.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, account manipulation, or bonus abuse.
  • Sharing an account or transferring account balances to another party without authorisation.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
  • Creating an account using another person's identity or false information.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice. rollex11 reserves the right to withhold any balance suspected of being obtained through illegitimate means while an investigation is ongoing.

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on rollex11 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved local payment methods, including interbank transfers from major Malaysian banks, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in your account.

Key information regarding transactions:

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by our team.
  • The name on your rollex11 account must match the name on the registered bank account or e-wallet to avoid withdrawal delays.
  • Rollex11 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
  • Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and are typically completed within the timeframe stated in your account section.

Any attempt to commit fraud in financial transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be suspended immediately.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Rollex11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice in cases involving serious violations:

Breach of Terms

Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the use of bots, bonus fraud, or account abuse.

Fraudulent Activity

Any indication of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions requiring further investigation.

False Information

Found to have provided false personal information or used another person's identity during registration or the verification process.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met. rollex11 also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our internal policy.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
